How does it work?

Once you have ordered for the first time with Hello Chef, you can then go into your account and choose the recipes you want every week!

If you’re already subscribed to our weekly low-carb meal plan, just follow these easy steps:

  1. Login to your account.
  2. Go to “My Account” and click on the “Choose Recipes” button.
  3. Click “Edit Selections” and choose your 4 recipes from the 5 recipes shown.
  4. Click on “Save”.

Do I need to login each week to select my recipes, or can I do it for several weeks in advance?

You can select your recipes for up to 3 weeks in advance at any point in time; you do not need to login each week.

By when do I need to make my selections?

The closing time for making meal choices is 12 noon (UAE time) every Thursday. You will need to make your choices before then. We order our ingredients fresh from our suppliers, and we will not be able to accommodate meal changes past 12 noon on Thursdays.

What if I forget to login and choose my recipes?

In case you forget to choose your weekly recipes, we will have our kitchen team select the best recipes on your behalf.

I’m happy without choices. What do I do?

Don’t worry! You do not have to choose your recipes if you do not want to. Simply select your meal preferences to get exactly what you want each week without having to login and choose.
