So that you can sit back, relax and not worry about what meals are coming, Low-Carb Box and Family Box customers now have the option to add a meal preference to ‘My Account‘. Select from the following meal preferences:
What happens when I make a meal preference selection?
It means you’ll never receive what you don’t like. For example, customers that choose ‘No fish/seafood’ will never receive a fish or seafood dish.
What happens if I forget to choose my recipes?
Customers that don’t make a recipe choice will now have recipes selected for them by our experienced chef team, as opposed to a default recipe choice. This is an important change for customers that are, in the case of the Low-Carb box, used to getting the default 1 x fish, 2 x chicken, and 1 x red meat default recipes.
What happens if I don’t make a meal preference selection?
Nothing, you can continue to select your recipes or have our team select from a choice of the best recipes for you.
To add a meal preference to your account, just follow these simple steps:
- Login to your Hello Chef account and click on view/edit
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and find the ‘Meal Preferences’ drop-down menu
- Pick your desired preference from the drop-down menu and press ‘Update Preferences’.
Login now and set your Meal Preferences.
